My practice is directed towards helping individuals of all ages learn about and process their emotions. Unfortunately, societal norms play a huge role in how we are "allowed" to feel and, far too often feelings of anger, discontentment, irritation, etc.. seem like the only option. We have many big, complex feelings that deserve and need our attention. This exploration is contingent upon developing a strong connection in which clients can work toward their own personal goals and overall growth in a safe environment, in which I strive to provide.
