Welcome to Zach Baldridge Counseling, serving clients in Prosper, Texas and online throughout Texas.
I work with men, women, and teens dealing with anxiety, depression, anger, parenting stress, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I offer in-person counseling at Planting Seeds Center for Wellness in Prosper, TX, as well as virtual sessions throughout Texas.
When life feels heavy, it rarely affects just one area. Anxiety, anger, depression, parenting stress, and relationship struggles can shape the way you think, feel, respond, and connect with the people around you.
Counseling gives you a place to slow down, be honest about what is going on, and start making sense of what you are carrying. Together, we can identify unhealthy patterns, build practical tools, and work toward real change that carries into everyday life.
My goal is to provide a space that feels grounded, real, and supportive; a place where you can better understand yourself, build on your strengths, and move forward with greater clarity and steadiness.

Anger Management
Anger is an extremely common and often valid emotion. But if a lack of anger management is causing setbacks in your life, it might be time to consider therapy to help you learn how to better control and deal with your anger.
Anxiety
Whether we are aware of it or not, anxious thinking affects all aspects of our lives, from our work to our interpersonal relationships and down to our understanding of our own needs. Thankfully, you don’t have to be a victim of your own anxious thinking.
Depression
Depression is a widely common condition that can present itself in a variety of ways and in a variety of people. Adults and teens alike who experience depression may suddenly lose interest in the activities and the relationships that once provided joy and fulfillment.
Parenting
Conflict and disagreement within families is extremely common and communication obstacles occur in just about every single family. Parenting presents a dynamic set of challenges that change as kids grow older, but counseling is available to help you reconcile the issues that come up, regardless of what age your child(ren) may be.
